Responsibilities/QualificationsOur

Corporate Marketing Department

is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an

Administrative Assistant .

In this position, you will be directly responsible for the Marketing Department administrative duties and will work with all members of the Marketing Department as needed. In this position, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Vice President of Marketing with preparing monthly web and lead reports, organizing paperwork and charitable requests, maintaining any Marketing legal paperwork, and enhancing Marketing processes

Maintain the marketing section of the company intranet

Prepare tracking traffic reports, metric reports, and ranking and bonus reports

Schedule shifts for internet leads staff

Coordinate accommodations, meeting facilities, and prepare other items needed for meetings and symposiums

Administer details of national sales contests, track progress and report

Enter and maintain quotas in Salesforce and JDE

Process marketing invoices and expense reports

Organize, suggest product and promote company store

Organize department outings

Coordinate and order awards and assist with setup of the Annual Corporate Meeting

Prepare other marketing presentations and agendas as needed

Order department office supplies

Additional administrative tasks to support the Corporate Marketing Department

Other duties as assigned

Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:

Previous administrative experience or related organizational position.

Previous experience in marketing or sales field a real plus

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Knowledge Sharepoint preferred

Strong data analysis ability

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow up skills

Enjoys managing administrative tasks, including data entry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of people

Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner

Ability to take the initiative and exercise independent judgment

Versatile, resilient and responsive to change

High school education required; Bachelors degree preferred

This position is self-directed and although you will perform administrative tasks to support the divisions, your work will be independently managed.

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
