We’re on the lookout for an innovative, analytical, detail-oriented, organized Marketing Manager to spearhead our email and text program. In this role, you’ll help us create customers by presenting the right message at the right time. You will plan, execute and optimize end-to-end campaigns. Determine the strategy for campaigns and triggered flowsWrite copy for subject lines, preview text, email body, sms, onsite banner copy, etc.Create creative briefs, collaborate with designers, QA and sign off on email/textsSet segmentation strategyCollaborate with Marketing Coordinator schedule campaignsOptimize landing pages for emails/text trafficContinually improve our email templates
Continually improve our sign up strategy and lead capture ratesBuild and manage relationships with strategic partnersMaintain accurate, timely reportsAnalyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsStay up to date on industry trends and email/sms marketing best practicesWho you are:3-5 years of experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fieldDemonstrated experience using at least one mainstream ESPHave solid understanding of KPIs and their implicationsAbility to translate high-level objectives into actions including organizing information, managing projects, and working with others on a close-knit teamA well rounded communicator, collaborator and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insightsPassionate about creating exceptional customer experiencesA “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlookExtra CreditExperience with Klaviyo, Attentive, ShopifyBenefitsFull-timePay is competitive and based on experienceMedical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off*Legacybox is an Equal Opportunity Employer who complies with all Federal, State and Local laws prohibiting discrimination in employment.'
