Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications using ReactJS and JavascriptWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.Architect and design scalable and reusable React components.Optimize application performance for a smooth user experienceIdentify opportunities for process improvements, code optimizations, and enhancing development workflowsResearch and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development stack and improve efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 8 years experience in progressive experience as a React Developer, 12+ years experienceHighly proficient in ReactJs and JavascriptProficiency in developing RESTful APIs using NodeJSAbility to develop, design, code, and debug high traffic web applicationsStrong knowledge frontend web technologies of HTML5 and CSS3Proficient in MySQLSelf-motivated to maintain a clean and extremely organized code-baseVery well versed in using GitHub for repository managementAbility to build attractive, systematic, and intuitive user interfacesProficient with using UI libraries such as Material UI/TailwindFamiliarity with ever-changing React and JavaScript code patterns and standardsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
