Requisition Summary

The Product and Marketing Intelligence team is looking for a highly driven individual contributor who is business minded and will lead the marketing distinction efforts for PACCAR Parts. The Marketing Intelligence Manager is the subject matter expert for industry related trends and insights and will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and presenting on industry insights. In addition, this role will always have a deep knowledge of PACCAR Parts' competitive advantage and place in the market. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, analyze key business metrics and lead projects related to marketing intelligence for PACCAR Parts.

Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesResearch market distinction data and trends and insights for internal key stake holders so that they can craft data driven business strategies.Analyze key business metrics and data points to provide internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations.Use data visualization and presentation tools to prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and infographics to help sales and marketing leaders understand current market state.Lead the content management and presentations of relative market distinction content and provide quarterly updates to leadership and key stake holders.Effectively collaborate with global business partners to maintain the PACCAR record of worldwide dealer locations as well as other global reports.Stays current with industry news and consistently looking for new ways to add value as the subject matter expert at PACCAR Parts.Lead for Dealer Expansion ProgramManage and execute on projects related to marketing intelligence and other ad hoc assignments with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.Skills/Competencies

Product knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales, marketing or distribution strongly preferred.Strong analysis and communication skills.Experience putting together executive presentations a strong plus.Proven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment.Experience analyzing key drivers of the Aftermarket Parts business and intermediate to advance levels of proficiency with SQL and Tableau.Snowflake experience preferredQualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field required. Master's Degree preferred.5 or more years of experience in a business or marketing related roleStrong analysis, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProven ability to work in a team oriented, multi-functional business environment.Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, TableauBenefits

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
