Marketing Coordinator

Your Opportunity:

Your Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the helm of coordinating and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Your success will hinge on your ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and organize, while fostering a unified approach that enhances our brand's market perception and drives sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to craft campaign strategies, set objectives, define success metrics, and establish KPIs.

Oversee end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling sales promotions and initiatives.

Take ownership of campaign deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.

Develop engaging print and digital marketing materials, as well as insightful reports and presentations.

Keep the organization informed of marketing events and promotions, driving awareness and engagement.

Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative insights to optimize future initiatives.

Lead event and tradeshow strategy, identifying and managing opportunities to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.

Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing event objectives, with a focus on lead generation and customer advocacy.

Maintain organized marketing databases and materials, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Uphold brand consistency across all communications, presentations, and collateral.

Manage relationships with external vendors, tracking invoices and managing budgets effectively.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

·

External or in-house agency experience in traditional and digital marketing desirable

·

Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.

·

Spanish speaking a plus.

·

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Graphic and email marketing design experience preferred.

·

Flexibility to participate in occasional events, including weekends.
