Event Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

The Events Coordinator Head Intern’s responsibilities will cross over into all areas of the Java House operations, and will be expected to perform their duties collaboratively, as assigned by Java House business heads throughout the summer seasonResponsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communicating with teams and vendors, and executionWork alongside sales, marketing, and managing partner on special projects throughout the summerPlan, promote, and execute all summer, fall, and end of year eventsInteract with clients for pre-event meetings as well as day of eventOpen Availability – hours will vary each week based on the events scheduleTravel ranges within the greater Indianapolis area, with the potential of Lafayette locations – personal mileage will be compensatedQualifications

Head intern must be a motivated self-starter, whom isn’t hesitant on cold-calling, recruiting, scheduling, and leading a team of 4-5 membersOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to learn quicklyAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbalFlexibilityAbility to handle multiple tasks / projects at onceValid driver’s license
