Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Loyalty Program Focus:Manage Moen's loyalty programs that support the multi-channel Pro segment and Wholesale ShowroomMaintain on-going development of social platforms, loyalty websites and email marketing efforts, including the management of the creative and content development processManage relationships with external partners/providers and collaborate with Moen Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance teamsNew product launch support as it relates to Pro segment and Showroom channelManage monthly sales and cost forecasts and oversee monthly invoice accrualsOversee and conduct analyses/insights and reporting to manage the loyalty programs' successAnalyze and follow competitive marketplace and trends; provide actionable insights to enhance loyalty programsMerchandising Focus:

Manage select Moen merchandising programs, including Gallery and Pro MerchandisingOversee the project management of merchandising roll outs and annual product refreshesManage relationships and collaborate with Moen Merchandising, Marketing Communications, Sales, IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless executionAssist in managing the funding and forecasting process for merchandisingOversee and conduct analysis and insight to manage merchandising successAnalyze competitive marketplace, follow trends and provide actionable insights to enhance merchandising programsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business required, Marketing is preferredMinimum of 3 years of marketing experience to include a minimum of 1 year of experience working with external agencies/partners, merchandising, program management; Durable products experience is a strong plusIntermediate/Advanced skills in SAP, Qlik, Wordpress, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong analytical skills, including the ability to arrive at insights from dataDemonstrated ability to be a team player and to effectively work across a matrix environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time (domestically)
