KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Advisory Marketing to join our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Partner with business sponsors to identify needs, priorities, and trends as part of campaign strategy and program design

Set strategic direction with internal stakeholders; map and share timelines and budgets

Lead and execute the buyer-journey process, including development of the buyer persona/issues, campaign messaging, campaign tactic, and alignment, where possible, with higher-funnel campaigns to connect buyer journeys with relevant buyer issues

Work with campaign business sponsors, writers, and other internal stakeholders to identify content needed to support key themes and align with the buyer journey

Manage the end-to-end content creation process including creative briefs, reviews and edits with SMEs and other internal stakeholders mapping to the buyer journey plan

Support budget management through content creation, partnership with internal stakeholders on allocation, and invoice submissions; provide forecasts as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience leading marketing programs, preferably in a professional services environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Experience in strategic marketing with the ability to translate marketing strategy from the business strategy and define marketing plans to accomplish the business objectives

Proven track record in messaging and strategy of professional services, their solutions; solid knowledge of the Big 4 landscape and related positioning; knowledge of Risk Services marketing preferred

Demonstrated track record in designing marketing strategy plans that support growth among key buyers that improve awareness, engagement, and sales

Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong executive presence and presentation skills
