For our inhouse creative agency, Devour, the Jamba Creative Director is embedded into the brand’s business as a creative thought leader using creativity to solve business problems. A Devour CD is a player-coach creating and leading world class work. You’ll be the point person for brand stewardship across paid, earned, and owned channels. You’ll partner with others to write creative strategies and concept, art direct, write, and design executions across all modern consumer touch points. You’ll play a leadership role in the development of Full-funnel Marketing Campaigns that include Paid Media (video, digital, OOH, etc.), Point-of-Sale, Web & App, Loyalty and CRM. You’ll collaborate with Brand, PR, Organic Social, Digital, Customer Engagement, and Content Creation teams to create cross-functional brand activations. You’ll help steer the ship of our in-house creative team seeking to do better work more efficiently than an outside agency could do. You’ll have a creative team, budgets, vendors, and other resources to manage. You’ll be responsible for delivering on quality & performance expectations, timelines of projects & deliverables, and driving business results.
