Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Product Manager to design and maintain complex data architectures that support our digital marketing organization's data management and analytics needs.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that data architecture aligns with the business goals, and that it is scalable, secure, efficient, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and the ability to translate business goals of the Paid Media team into data requirements that enable the creation of accurate and insightful reporting.Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to define and maintain server-side events as well as front-end tagging solutions to ensure reliable data capture.Skilled in partnering with MarTech and Marketing Analytics teams to gather missing data, collaborating closely to define data collection strategies and ensure data completeness and accuracy.Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining data pipelines as required, identifying gaps in data collection and potentially defining solutions to ensure comprehensive and accurate data availability for marketing activities.Develop and maintain marketing data schemas, models and integrations to align with business objectives and strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldCollaborate seamlessly with the digital marketing team and cross-functional teams like product development, engineering, and analytics- leveraging a deep understanding of marketing datasets, to ensure data architecture aligns with marketing strategies and goals.4-7+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse (DW) and Analytics supporting a Marketing OrgKnowledge of SQL, Javascript, and RESTful implementations5+ years of experience with data cloud solutions and connector tools like Snowflake, LiveRamp, FiveTran, or Segment- as well as familiarity with data cataloging tools such as Atlan or Precisely. Understanding of CMS solutions like Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and safeguarding customer data throughout the data activation process.
