Position Overview:Client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, and various leave options.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three (3) years of experience in retail or business-to-business marketing, sales programs, advertising, or public relations.Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or strong writing skills preferred.Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of marketing principles for consumer goods in retail environments.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written).Ability to manage schedules independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency with computer software and peripherals required for the role.Capability to promote and market products to potential lottery retailers effectively.Willingness to travel as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Under the supervision of Regional Marketing Directors, East & West, the Marketing Manager will:

Collaborate closely with the designated lottery client to ensure satisfaction and sales growth.Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies specific to the client.Analyze sales data and prepare clear, insightful reports.Forecast requirements, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.Generate special reports using client's reporting software.Coordinate sales goals and align business needs to maximize sales potential.Conduct market research and provide input on potential promotions, new games, and sales strategies.Assist in testing and analyzing promotion effectiveness.Lead presentations on industry trends and participate in training sessions for lottery retailers and internal staff.Contribute to conference and event preparations as required.Support the establishment and achievement of short- and long-range goals for the client.Adhere to client's management policies and interpret operational standards and legal decisions.Represent client professionally both internally and externally.Additional Requirements:

Ability to multitask effectively across various projects.Familiarity with state-specific rules, regulations, and policies governing lottery operations.Commitment to maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders.Employment Eligibility VerificationMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.Security RequirementsSubmission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check is a requirement of employment as well as a pre-employment drug screening.
