Senior Designer Level 2

Senior Designer Level 2 (Brooklyn, NY): Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software; Design, manage, & produce drawings for landscape architecture projects of different scales & different stages in the design process; Prepare site plans, spec, & related design & construction documentation; Write reports & meeting notes; attend to public & community meeting to seek the opinions of locals, business & others who use the site; Compile targeted project research & analysis into text documents, visual presentation & design solutions; Coordinate the arrangement of existing & proposed land features & structures. REQS: Masters in Landscape Architecture; Prior experience must include: 3 yrs exp w/preparing graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design & drafting (CAD) software; w/designing drawings for landscape architecture projects of different scales; w/preparing site plans, specifications, & related design & construction documentation; w/writing reports & meeting notes; attending public & community meetings to seek the opinions of locals, business & others who use the site; w/compiling targeted project research & analysis into text documents, visual presentation & design solutions; w/coordinating the arrangement of existing & proposed land features & structures; in 3D modelling and model crafting developed & proposed design.
