:The Brooks Creative team imagines/designs/curates/manifests creative assets for internal and external Brooks partners. Print, digital, events, retail, packaging—even porta potties—are our canvas and runners are our inspiration. Our motley crew seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive a wide range of global marketing efforts that bring the Brooks brand to runners around the globe.As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll focus on the accurate and timely delivery of global campaign creative, ensuring end-to-end success across brand marketing, the internal creative studio and cross-channel and agency execution. You will play a key role in shaping new ways of working cross-functionally with leadership, the studio team, brand marketing and IAT partners. Your exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, collaborative prowess, organizational compulsion, and ability to blaze new trails will play a key part in delivering world-class creative – all while building and fostering strong relationships.\n

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative development of seasonal marketing campaigns from brief development to final delivery.Develop a deep understanding of marketing strategies, process, and tactics to support creative considerations. Use those learnings to apply to strategic design work.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level marketing stakeholders along with day-to-day marketing partners. Proactively problem solve and present clear ideas and options to drive the work and key decision making forward. Build confidence, credibility, and trust and stay connected through all stages of engagement.Demonstrate strategic thinking and anticipate opportunities or challenges before they arise. Toggle successfully between near term tasks while keeping a clear vision on long term goals and initiatives.Coordinate with project management with a focus on both cross-collaboration mutual support through execution across seasonal campaigns/projects.Partner with Creative Leadership, Project Managers, fellow account managers, and creative working teams throughout the creative development, ensuring the work remains aligned with the creative brief and overall strategy. Champion and demonstrate passion for the work through the process.Collaborate with marketing partners to establish shared goals. Included but not limited to efficient communications and use of tools/trackers, evolving/building new SOPs, creative integration with IAT, process improvement to implement efficiencies.Manage risks for the duration of each project, actively tracking risks and working with project team to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and activated if necessary.Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with Creative Lab colleaguesDevelop a culture of exceptional service, trust and executional excellenceShape and model best-practices to mentor and inspire peers across account management and the extended studio team. Work alongside leadership to keep these best practices alive.Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee North America regional marketing creative projects from start to finish—delivering stellar creative while hitting each milestone on-brief and on-budget.Partner with Creative Leadership, Strategy, Campaign Account Managers, Project Managers, and creative working teams throughout creative development, ensuring a cohesive and on-strategy execution of campaign direction. Champion and demonstrate passion for the work through the process.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred OR additional related work experienceMinimum of 7+ years creative account management experienceExperience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team, preferredStrong knowledge of best practices for leadership relationships and client services, complex marketing campaigns, and creative/marketing operations workflow.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things doneSound judgment and effective prioritization skillsExcellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the companyWorking knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat and expertise with project management software tools and softwareEmbraces and lives the Brooks values!\n

Compensation:

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $108,403 - $162,605 per year.
