The Analyst of Digital Customer & Marketing Analytics will analyze performance, drive insights and recommendations across MGM'sdigital marketing platforms focused on channel trends, attribution modeling, media spend impact, digital campaign effectiveness,digital customer engagement trends, booking behaviors and more. The analyst will provide actionable insights and analysis thatdetermines which campaigns are successful at meeting overall marketing and MGM Resort's objectives. This individual will support aworld class Digital Customer & Marketing Analytics team. As part of our team, you'll work with professionals at our portfolio of casino resorts across North America - as well as those in the corporate executive level - to implement digital analytics initiatives that movethe business forward. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices and procedures.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and insights to highlight digital customer trends, omni-channel & digital A/B performanceand provide recommendations on areas of opportunity for both email and media.

Work with teams to identify and standardized digital tagging needs to appropriately track and analyze performance and attribution modeling. Query and analyze complex data sets and extract key insights using various economic, financial, customer and marketingmethodologies.

Support the development of methodologies to measure and improve the effectiveness of media spend across multiple touchpoints, brands, and business units through the implementation of governance and standardization around digital data.

Collaborate across teams; Marketing Analytics, Media, Direct Marketing and Digital Ventures to develop analytical capabilities and identify trends and insights impacting website visitation and conversion.

Prepare and participate in ongoing Commercial & Marketing reviews across COE's and properties.

Perform ad-hoc data analysis based on needs of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Management, or a related field

At least one (1) year of prior relevant experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytics.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT:Experience in writing and executing SQL queries.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact.

Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Adobe, Google, etc.).
