The recent advancements in AI (with the advent of ChatGPT and other LLM technologies) have created huge tailwinds for our business and have immensely accelerated our roadmap. Now more than ever, we need your expertise to communicate the value of our products at scale. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, defining strategy while rolling up your sleeves to get things done, this role is for you.Develop a developer marketing strategy to establish a new category in software development. This strategy will shape the audience and priorities for our marketing, product, and developer experience teams.Create engaging campaigns and events with technical PMs and developer advocates to captivate developers and encourage them to try our product suite.Oversee the entire product marketing cycle, from partnering on product strategy to developing GTM strategies, orchestrating major launches, and driving long-term adoption of our platform.Craft product positioning and messaging based on user and competitive research, with a deep understanding of our most technical products.Be a leading advocate for the developer experience, championing the needs of current and potential users.Stay updated on the competitive landscape and be the go-to expert for your audience to influence the product roadmap and strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineering, developer relations, sales, design, PR, and marketing—to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product launches.Work with GTM enablement teams to ensure a clear and consistent message for developers, whether they’re browsing our website or experiencing a product demo.What You Bring To The Table6+ years of experience in marketing or a technical roleExperience in marketing highly technical products with technical fluency, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple termsData-driven curiosity with a history of using data and customer insights to drive decisionsA degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related technical fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for technical audiencesStrong project management skills, adept at coordinating multiple work streams and cross-functional partnersA curious mindset and first principles thinking—bring intuition but avoid rigid playbooksMaster communicator who can distill complex, technical concepts into compelling messaging and collateralAbility to dig into and understand technical product features, functionalities, and underlying technologies and translate them into easy to comprehend formatsAbility to thrive in ambiguous environments; excited about figuring out solutions to complex problems and executing on themExcellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build champions with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teamsInsatiable curiosity and a passion for understanding customers and new technologiesWell-rounded business athlete — with a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, resourcefulness, and operational disciplineCompensation Range: $154,000 - $221,000*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.Moveworks Is An Equal Opportunity Employer*Moveworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
