Position Overview:

The Marketing Automation Coordinator (Retention) will focus on creating an engaging & personalized digital experience for key areas of our fanbase, with an emphasis on our A-List and A-List Premium Season Ticket Members. This role has a heavy focus on service-based messaging via email automation, but will also assist in the coordination of campaigns on paid digital media channels. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with many different teams. This role reports to the Marketing & Automation Manager, and will work alongside the entire marketing team.

The Marketing Department acts as an internal agency, working collaboratively with all departments to help them achieve their goals through various marketing initiatives and campaigns. In addition, the Marketing Department develops engaging content and promotional opportunities for fans to drive a deeper level of fandom and loyalty to our team.

Major responsibilities:

Support email operations by building templates, editing and creating email copy, identifying targeted segments, and deploying emailsCustomer Journeys: Vet and build customer email journeys to support various departments in their events, renewal opportunities, new member onboarding, website form submissions, etc.Assist in management of the company-wide email calendar in SalesforceCoordinate paid digital media campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, digital display, and digital video (YouTube/OTT).Work in partnership with Information Technology team to manage Salesforce CRM, organize & analyze data, and troubleshoot problems as they ariseReport on previous campaign results to department stakeholders as neededGenerate surveys to collect Member information, gather actionable feedback on events, and project renewal opportunities.Assist with Atlanta Braves Kids Club program and initiatives including communication and monthly Kids Club Sundays activationsActively participate in weekly marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions related to proposed marketing projectsWillingness to work nights and weekends during the baseball season as neededQualifications:

College degree with an emphasis on Business, Marketing, Advertising, and/or Sports Management1-3 years relevant experience in email marketing, paid digital media, and/or CRMComfortable working with data to drive decisions in a fast-paced & cross-functional environment.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, or a similar CRMDemonstrated ability to multi-task, think creatively, analyze data, and problem solveMust complete a successful background checkPreferred qualifications:

Must be detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be a team-first player who works well with others.Experience with Qualtrics survey creation, including the use of workflows, quotas, and display logic, a plusWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust possess natural curiosity and ambition to aid in moving the business forwardMust have a passion for service
