POSITION:

Marketing Manager

LOCATION:

This hybrid position is located at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado, with up to 50% travel within the US.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a key member of the GO marketing team, the Marketing Manager will play a vital role in creating impactful marketing materials and support for our field teams to increase site performance. Your primary focus will be increasing consumer traffic and memberships and reducing churn. With a full-stack marketing approach, you will contribute to marketing plans and asset creation across multiple channels, analyze data insights, execute administrative tasks, and support national and local marketing initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION:

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm integrated marketing campaigns for both national and local execution.Develop and execute local marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.Design quarterly marketing calendars and execution guides.Manage social media accounts and engagement, creating compelling content to increase brand awareness and engagement.Execute local marketing initiatives within budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide insights and recommendations on local market trends and customer behavior.Develop and implement strategies to market all locations through online and onsite events, maximizing visibility and customer engagement.Oversee updates to local listings/SEO for all locations.Partner with marketing and operations teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics, including strategic support programs.Manage sales communications and collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective messaging and consistent brand representation.REPORTING AND DATA ANALYSIS

Prepare and analyze marketing spending, monitor expenses, and meet financial goals.Measure and analyze campaign performance using data insights to optimize marketing strategies.Conduct consumer behavior analysis to understand customer preferences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.EVENTS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS

Manage and attend Grand Openings for new locations, driving customer traffic and enhancing brand visibility.Represent GO Car Wash at promotional and charity events, generating excitement in the community.Build strategic relationships with local companies and stakeholders, exploring opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Manage marketing materials and signage inventory, ensuring adequate supply and timely distribution.Oversee general administrative tasks related to marketing, such as submitting expense reports and taking accurate meeting minutes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Operations, to execute campaigns and programs effectively.Support and guide outside agencies responsible for specific marketing aspects, ensuring alignment with company brand guidelines and objectives.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years of marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in marketing management and execution, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.Strong project management skills, effectively prioritizing and multitasking.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.Passion for taking on new and complex challenges.Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.Remote work capability while still producing positive results.Ability to deliver results independently while collaborating with multi-functional groups.Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.The job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.Every employee must remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for long periods and be able to perform repeating motions that may include the use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The employee must be able to adjust or move objects up to 40 pounds in all directions. Employees will work outside in the heat and cold.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. This position is a salary-exempt position.
