This role will be located in the Pittsburgh, PA, office and is a hybrid working position where you will work three days in the office and two days remotely.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Support new and update existing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external distribution, creating visuals and messaging to bring investment data to life.

Support internal and external marketing materials for one or more assigned specialties.

Support a variety of internal and external activities such as conferences and sponsorships.

Develop knowledge of assigned products and target markets to support influential storytelling.

Build strong relationships and partner with subject matter experts and business development teams to deliver best-in-class marketing materials with focus on supporting strategic growth priorities.

Independently manage cyclical updates to deliverables such as fact sheets, reports and presentations on quarterly and monthly basis with the support of the team.

Work with your manager to understand project details, objectives and timelines then complete tasks with minimal guidance, managing the complete project lifecycle of your assigned deliverables from idea through research, feedback, outstanding questions, compliance review and release to market.

Build new and refresh existing graphics and creative layouts for a variety of use cases.

Bring both meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach to your projects to create inspiring marketing materials for multiple targeted audiences.

Support brand awareness and the brand promise through thoughtfully designed communications supporting strategic business initiatives and business goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.

1-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing or project management preferred.

1-3 years of experience in PowerPoint, presentations and fact checking preferred.

1-3 years of experience in investments or financial services preferred.

Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to producing best-in-class work.

Willingness to manage multiple high-priority projects to completion under strict deadlines.

Strong project management and time management skills.

Flexibility to take direction and work as part of a team or individually.

Resourceful, effective problem solver and trouble shooter.

Ability to navigate a high-paced, often changing environment in a complex, highly regulated industry.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat Pro) and WorkFront a plus.

Experience in requests for proposal (RFPs) a plus.
