Overview
Position: Video Conference Support TechnicianLocation: Livermore, CASalary Range: $30.65 - $38.65 per hourClearance: Active Q Clearance
KeyLogic is seeking an Audio/Visual technician with a background in Information technology and audio/video type systems and configurations.
The Audio/Visual team works to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments. This includes video production and editing support in both classified and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live event support. In addition, the team installs hardware and software to conference rooms across the laboratory.
Responsibilities:
Secure Videoconference bridge and meeting setup support within the DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments.
Cisco and Polycom Videoconference System and Microsoft Teams system installation and training support
Videoconference and presentation systems planning, design and installation for all Classified and Unclassified
environments and product lines.
Videoconference and AV Systems installation, support and maintenance
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ demonstrated experience in a fast-pace, audio/visual support area.
Associates degree in a related field or an additional three (3) years’ experience in lieu of degree.
Active DOE level-Q security clearance
Desired:
Experience with Skype/Teams video conferencing & video conference room equipment.
