Bethany Village Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Director of Sales & Marketing is a valued member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving occupancy and reaching set forth goals in the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.

Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.

Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.

Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

One to three years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Previous health care experience preferred.
