The Associate Production Art Manager PH will partner with design, character art, and operations to produce innovative and accessible style guides containing artwork for DCP Central Creative that supports product, packaging, and retail development! This is a fast-paced production heavy role that will trouble shoot and problem solve as well as drive processes to ensure assets meet aesthetic and functional standards while working side by side with design and character art teams. Act as the “gatekeeper” throughout the entire development of the guide so that all partners stay on task and delivery timelines are met. Communicate throughout project on every step of the process in Workfront while keeping milestone key dates in mind.This position will report to the Senior Manager, Production Art.What You Will Do

Assist in the development of style guides, packaging guides and retail guides from concept to completion for Licensing, Owned and Operated, Marvel and 21st Century.Work with internal partners (i.e. design, character art and operations) to support design and the development process from concept to production.Have experience with all elements of design: page layout, color and typography.File manipulation in Photoshop (i.e. color correction, clipping paths, compositions)Manage multiple projects while keeping milestone dates in mindRequired Qualifications & Skills

3+ years related work experience.Understand Disney characters and Disney storytelling.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesignManage workload in Workfront (project management tool)Ability to manage a variety of projects and issues simultaneously.Boost productivity and organize tasks with structure and order.Education

BA/BS in a related field (Graphic Design) or equivalent work experienceAdditional Information:

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
