Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hacky, ambitious, and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team. Your role will span the entire marketing mix, testing as many potentially scalable channels as possible and taking a data-driven attitude to figure out what works. We have a highly ambitious growth plan and are targeting $5-10M ARR by the end of the year. You will play a pivotal role in getting us there.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize our entire growth funnel: brand > awareness > acquisition > trust > revenue expansion > virality.Managing our outbound demand generation efforts with Ava.Creating and executing an email marketing strategy that nurtures and engages our audience of over 10k leads.Manage our full website and content strategy.Manage our events strategy.Set up and manage paid ads campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X and Reddit.Manage our G2 profile.RequirementsProven experience in hacky growth marketing results.Excellent written English - you need to be able to write content that hooks the reader.Willingness to work hard and do what needs to be done to achieve our goals!Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong proficiency in the full marketing mix with 5+ years' experience.A figure-it-outer attitude. You can do anything.Comfortable filming long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and other social platforms.Comfortable running webinars.
