LV Collective, an Austin-based student housing and multifamily developer, is seeking a smart, creative and digitally savvy marketing intern to join our team for the fall.

This internship will help prepare you for a position in marketing and communications by offering hands-on experience with inbound and content marketing strategies, content calendar creation, CRM and marketing automation software, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing creation of fresh blog content, including articles, resources and case studies, for LV corporate and property websites to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribersWrite, edit and assist with designing resources for website Learning Centers, including eBooks, fact sheets and moreAssist with website updates, especially blog posts and landing pagesConduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted trafficProduce and design email campaigns for both corporate and property initiativesProduce monthly email newsletters, including copywriting, design and distributionAssist with reporting and analysis of marketing initiativesAssist with other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications

Currently in pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields of studyExperience running content production, email campaigns and/or managing a website for a student organization, business, or nonprofit is preferable but not requiredFluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage; experience with AP style preferredStrong grasp of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTokAccess to a reliable computer and Wi-Fi, with Microsoft OfficeBusiness Skills

Work schedule to be determined upon hire. Schedule is flexible, but hours should be consistent.Minimum 30 hours per week required.This is an in-person position at our headquarters in Austin, Texas

Benefits

This paid internship will run from August 2024 to December 2024 with the possibility to continue into the spring. The internship will be approximately 15 - 25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
