Account (HSA), two dental plans, vision plan, flexible spending*eligibility requirements vary by position**medical plans vary by locationJob Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager leads online marketing efforts driving traffic, memberships and revenue for BJ's websites, app and other managed destinations. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies, driving and sharing results, vendor management, and forecasting. He/She will work closely with in-house marketers, internal stakeholders, agencies and major advertising outlets to ensure marketing messages are communicated effectively online, including highlighting promotional offers with specific timeframes, and featuring seasonally correct categories and items.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:Develops and implements strategic online marketing programs at either campaign or marketing channel levers.Stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies including tactic selection, audience segmentation/ targeting, ongoing testing and content & creative optimization.Develop marketing calendars and testing schedules to achieve organizational objectivesManage the design, customer segmentation, messaging, analytics and test-and-learn strategies for relevant marketing programs or channels.Actively benchmark competitors and best of breed marketers and implement improvement recommendations.Identify site enhancements needed to increase efficiency and volume of performance from managed marketing programs or channels.Perform detailed analysis across programs, campaigns and segments and make actionable recommendations for improvement. Use web analytics to study customer behavior and recommend improvements.

Job Qualifications:BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or other related field requiredMinimum of 7 years of online consumer retail marketing experience with at least 2 years of managing large-scale and multi-dimensional online marketing programsExperience leading cross-collaborative digital marketing resources and/or multiple direct reports.Track record of growing the online channel.Must have a solid background in online marketing as well as an understanding of online best practices and web trend analysis.Highly developed analytical and excel skills and familiarity with core Ecommerce metrics.Exceptional planning and project management skills.Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities.Current experience and knowledge of E-Commerce marketing best practices and industry best practices Ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams.Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior.Strong verbal and written communications skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $109,000.00.
