Senior Product Designer - Analytics , you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams in our Construction Intelligence Solution team to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. You'll shape our products by understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive designs that harness the power of big data and advanced, predictive analytics through compelling data visualization experiences, validating them frequently during their path from concept to polished product. If you constantly analyze and obsess over other products' experiences and have an enthusiasm for dashboard and data visualization design-we'd like to hear from you!

This position will report to a Sr. Manager, Design on our Construction Intelligence team and will be based in our Austin, TX office.We're looking for someone to join us immediately.What you'll do:Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications

Design interfaces that leverage Procore's data and analytics capabilities into powerful experiences that allow a range of customer and user types to more deeply explore their own data to curate their own insights

Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers to set the product's strategy and create solutions and detailed design requirements, based on research, and aligned with the product vision

Partner with in-house UX research experts to conduct generative and evaluative research with Procore users

Articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders

Leverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teams

Advocate for the user and evangelize user experience throughout the organization

Promote a positive culture within your product team, and overcome challenges through endurance, grit, and persistence

What we're looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, HCI, UX, or related area of study is preferred, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience designing world-class enterprise, B2B, and/or SaaS products with a strong portfolio of relevant design work (with password) included in your application

Strong proficiency with both user experience and technical intricacies of data visualization design, predictive analytics, and data capture workflows, as demonstrated in products you have designed and shipped

Experience leading discovery, validation, and user testing through varying methodologies in order to help teams make the right product and design decisions

Excellent communication skills with a proven track record presenting designs and articulating design decisions to both cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Proficiency in leading design software such as Figma

Experience with mobile-first and responsive design

Critical thinking and systems-minded approach to solve complex and nuanced needs of enterprise B2B customers

Extreme ownership, bias to action, and know-how to succeed in ambiguity

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
