ABOUT THE POSITION
:
We are searching for a creative and action-oriented leader, who has a passion for graphic design and is ready to help take our industry-leading Recreation brands to the next level. As the Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity through the creation of captivating packaging designs and compelling sales collateral. Your creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership will drive marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of product launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES :Packaging Design -
Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for various product lines across multiple brands. Ensure packaging designs effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand values. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and printing techniques to ensure high-quality and impactful packaging within target costs. Iterate packaging designs as needed for global markets and customer SMUs.Sales Collateral Development -
Manage the creation of enticing sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales sheets, and other materials. Craft compelling storytelling through visuals and copy to engage customers and end consumers. Lead the creative development process, including concept ideation, design and production of all marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials.Brand Consistency -
Ensure all packaging and sales collateral adhere to the brand's guidelines, maintaining consistency and coherence across various touchpoints. Continuously evaluate and evolve design standards to keep the brand relevant and fresh.Project Management -
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Create and manage asset management system to ensure the latest usable assets for each brand are available for all regions and customers.Market and Industry Awareness -
Stay current with design trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities to inform and elevate the brand's creative approach.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
:
Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, advertising, or related roles with a track record of successful campaign development and execution.Experience in lifestyle brands or consumer products.Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a strong understanding of design principles.Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey ideas and concepts.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Portfolio showcasing a range of successful packaging designs and sales collateral materials.Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices relative to various printing techniques, materials, and production processes. Experience with sustainable packaging a plus.SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change, demonstrates learning agility with desire to grow and develop.Leverages creative thinking, problem solves and generates successful solutions through strategic agility.Ability to build credible, effective relationships with stakeholders, cross functional teams and external agencies.Team player with growth, development and challenge accepted mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-directed, motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Proficient in using technology, Microsoft 365 strongly preferred.Knowledge of golf preferredEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field from an accredited College or University required.Advanced degree preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
