Monitor and maintain the Inland Divisions social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google , etc.Collaborate on social media strategy that boost engagement and new followers.Communicate with our followers on a daily basis via witty and informative postsRespond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Assist in the planning, implementing and managing of weekly schedules for all social media content relative to our brand.Facilitate creative content ideas and write copy that is consistent with our brand and incorporates SEO best practices.Monitor social media forums and community platforms, trends, and tools to recommend strategic plans.Updating Landing Pages, Banner Ads, Pricing & Badges on the website weeklyRequest coming soon community info from Project Management prior to Grand OpeningUpdate website with coming soon communitiesResize photography for new communitiesEDUCATION AND EXPERICANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;licensure and certification requirements;office location and other geographic considerations;other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
