The Opportunity

Our Technical SEO Team is dedicated to optimizing adobe.com, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors, spanning from individual consumers to enterprise clients and partners. We're on the lookout for a dynamic and top-tier Senior Technical SEO Manager to spearhead our team of technical SEO specialists. In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement technical SEO strategies aimed at elevating our online visibility and fostering organic growth. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you'll drive strategic initiatives, nurture team members, and deliver outstanding results.

What you will doLead and mentor a team of technical SEO specialists, offering guidance and support to enhance performance and foster professional development.Develop and execute sophisticated technical SEO strategies to optimize website architecture, bolster crawlability, and enhance overall site performance.Conduct comprehensive website audits to pinpoint technical SEO issues and identify opportunities for enhancement with actionable recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, web producers, and SEO Managers, to implement technical SEO best practices that align with overarching business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, tools, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to shape strategy and maintain a competitive edge.Analyze metrics and key performance indicators to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and offer strategic guidance for optimization.Serve as a technical SEO authority, furnishing insights and guidance to internal partners.What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Technical SEO leadership role, demonstrating a track record of leading and mentoring teams.Consistent record of driving organic search growth and improving website performance.Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including website architecture, crawling, indexing, and site speed optimization.Experience with international SEO across multiple languages, countries, and regions.Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lumar, etc.Familiarity with content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Wordpress, etc.Strong analytical prowess, capable of interpreting data, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at communicating effectively with both business, technical and executive teams.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,300 -- $204,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
