As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you'll ensure that a product not only meets market needs but also stands out in a competitive landscape, driving adoption and growth. You'll run the experiments, build the campaigns, and launch the features that drive member growth, engagement, and retention.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

Influence product strategy and roadmap, informed by customer insightsDefine success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle managementLead and define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologiesLead the definition and development of the GTM strategy, working cross functionally across the company, grounded in the customer journey framework, user insights, and market dynamicsAnalyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate for improvementsAct as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates, releases and reviews with XFN leadershipSupport growth initiatives, working with XFN partners to meet acquisition and engagement goalsProvide thought leadership to help guide executives on decisions and tradeoffs related to product strategyHere is what we're looking for in a candidate:

A talent for articulating the essence of complex products and the value they create in simple terms; this includes developing a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.An innate curiosity and capacity for deeply understanding our TAM, customers, and competition.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence productAnalytical skills. You use data to create insightful stories, inform strategy, and guide decision making.Demonstrated executional success pushing projects through to completion that involve collaborating across multiple teams, countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions.A hard-working and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.A strong level of organization with an eye for detail"Owner-operator" working style, deep sense of ownership for business results.Here is what is needed:

7+ years marketing experience with at least 4 years' experience in a product marketing marketing role at a product-led company, or a company catering to small business and/or independentsExperience marketing to SMB and/or independent businesses, a plus
