Marketing Event Assistant Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers in a retail setting, offering personalized recommendations and expert insights into our home improvement programs.Provide clear and comprehensive answers to customers' inquiries regarding the services we offer, ensuring a thorough understanding of available options.Efficiently schedule customers for consultations with our sales team, demonstrating effective organizational and time-management skills.Collaborate closely with the sales team, communicating regularly to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately, and customer expectations are met.Actively participate in training sessions and stay informed about the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner to bolster brand awareness for our clientsPosition Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service or retail environment is idealHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredComfortable prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentDisplays a passion for brand development and customer serviceDemonstrates a solid commitment to personal and professional developmentConfident engaging directly with customers and providing information regarding our clients' servicesAble to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends as needed
