What we are looking for
SCS Engineers is looking for an outgoing and energetic marketing coordinator looking to take their career to the next level with a great company and incredible culture. The position will focus on marketing initiatives, working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team and the firm's leadership to win projects.

How you can make an impactCoordinate, write, edit, proofread, and prepare items such as statements of qualifications, proposals, resumes, and project descriptionsLead document production efforts from start to submissionDevelop outlines and compliance documentsConduct market research and competitor analysisSupport marketing activities, organizing special events and/or conferencesSupport industry research, data gathering, and reportingMaintain databases and internal content files, including images, resumes, tables, and client evaluationsCoordinate and solicit employees for the development of blog postsOccasional design of custom graphics for proposal, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements which complement standard template and brand standardsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred3 years of relevant experience required1 years of professional writing experience required. Preferably for an AEC services firm or relatedComputer proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Proficiency with Photoshop and InDesignAdvanced Adobe Acrobat skills such as text and image editingOutstanding creative writing and editing skills (grammar, spelling, conciseness, etc.)Familiarity with social media content creation and best practices via Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn a bonusValid Driver's LicenseWhether it's reducing methane emissions at agricultural facilities and landfills, repurposing contaminated properties, producing alternative energy, or sequestering carbon, we've been focused on finding smart climate solutions and improving the natural environment since our inception over 50 years ago.
