The Senior Graphic Design Specialist will produce high-quality, creative design solutions across various print and digital mediums. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex concepts into compelling visual solutions that resonate with our target audience. They will be responsible for driving creative solutions that align with our company's strategy, create desire, and nurture consumer leads while maintaining a strong, visual brand identity. The Senior Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with the internal marketing team (Creative Services and Inbound) along with internal business partners, and external agencies. This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager - Creative.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and produce high-quality creative solutions in compliance with brand standards.Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design concepts that algin with our strategic goals across multiple mediums.Plan and organize resources needed to complete projects efficiently including copy writing, photography, proofing/revisions, obtaining estimates, etc.Work with outside vendors to manage production process of marketing assets including printed literature, tradeshow displays, vehicle graphics, etc.Edit and publish new photography in digital asset management system.Stay up to date with design trends and techniques and identify new opportunities for the company.Maintain and reinforce marketing procedures including project management expectations and file organization.Work within a project management system to track and organize project timelines and communication with stakeholders.Report on monthly KPI reporting on digital media. Provide insights and recommendations that will allow for continuous improvement.Starting Monthly Salary:

$5285 - $6605 Compensation is based on the skills and experience of the candidate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree who has design, visual communication, or similar focus5 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolioProficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, Mac OSX platformWorking knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Blender and 3D Design is encouragedExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Creative and effective problem solverAbility to positively respond to critiques of creative workExcellent organizational and project management skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work within brand standardsCompliance with all rules of conduct, safety regulations and policies provided in Employee Handbooks, on Company bulletin boards/announcements, terms/conditions of employment or other means of communication is a requirement of the job.Employee Benefits:
