Position Overview

The Role

As the Sr. National Partner Marketing Manager at Pure Storage, you'll be the primary marketing liaison between Pure Storage and our National Partners. This role is pivotal in executing joint marketing activities, enabling new partner sellers, and driving strategic marketing plans to achieve mutual business goals. Reporting to the Director, National Partner Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in driving our partner marketing relationships forward.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Acts as the primary marketing lead between Pure Storage and the National Partners (Ahead & WWT) to develop and execute a joint marketing strategy to support our overall business goals / works closely with Pure's National Partner Manager (NPM) and National Technical Partner Manager (NPTM) to drive alignmentManages and supports execution of partner enablement activities in order to activate new sellers and technical evangelistsExecutes joint marketing activities and programs designed to drive pipeline and bookings, as well as uncover Net New Logos.Lead and manage Pure Storage-led tools and resources, including the MDF Portal and Partner Library, to support partner enablement and activation.Monitor and measure the impact of marketing campaigns through pipeline inspection and deal tracking.Collaborates with other marketing teams at Pure, such as Field Marketing and Programs, to foster visibility and elicit support in driving programs down to the Account Executives / Collaborate with the Americas Field Marketing organization to ensure there is synergy between National Partner marketing and field marketing activities.Participate in global team calls, meetings, and planning sessions to foster team alignment and strategy execution.Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

7+ years of experience in a partner-facing role within the tech industry, with a strong track record of working with National Partners. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.Proven ability to build integrated marketing campaigns that effectively market to, with, and through National Partners.Strong communication, budget planning, and analytical skills, with experience leveraging Salesforce for campaign tracking.Strategic thinker with the ability to implement tactically within a rapidly changing environment.Willingness to travel up to 20% based on current guidelines and restrictions.

Pay Range

USD $153,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
