Job Type: Hybrid / 3-4 days in office / 1 day remote
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative solutions in alignment with our seasonal marketing and brand objectives across various digital channels as well as print, video, event and packaging. This role requires a strong eye for design, a willingness to work across both highly creative and production tasks, a collaborative spirit, willingness to meet deadlines and a proactive approach to staying current with design trends.
POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for creative solutions for but not limited to email marketing, SMS, social media, digital ads, web design, and print collateral as they relate to our seasonal marketing and brand objectivesSocial channel design work including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and paid advertising such as Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Display ads, and other marketing and programmatic ads, as they relate to our seasonal marketing and brand objectivesPartner with E-Commerce and Marketing team to create online digital content and experiences that drive strong engagement and conversionCreate and update elevated designs and layouts daily and seasonally as they relate to social content, product launches, and marketing campaignMaintain visual brand integrity while considering new trends and seasonal concepts, all while delivering assets with the proper web and mobile requirementsMaintain regular communication with project managers and interdepartmental teamsSolicits and assimilates design feedback and executes revisions with a high level of accuracyDemonstrates eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide a fresh perspectiveStay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative spaceWork with ASANA project management system.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
4+ years of experience in digital design, e-commerce experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or related fieldWorking knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, FigmaClean and elevated sense of visual design with impeccable design understanding in regard to typography, composition, and colorsUnderstanding of social channel and paid advertising best practicesBasic understanding of video editingExperience with hand illustrationSelf-starter with strong organizational and communication skills that support the rest of the teamDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality deliverablesTYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / EQUIPTMENT USED / PHYSICAL TASKS
