As our Founding Content Marketing Manager on the Revenue team, you will leverage your writing and analytical skills to unlock key business outcomes and propel us to $100M in ARR.

You will make a massive impact in already-identified bottlenecks for growth, and lay the foundation for the future of content at Rilla

You will pioneer a new category of data-driven content for offline sales. Think Gong Labs for the offline world.

What you'll do

Develop and implement a content strategy to drive pipeline growth and brand authority, producing engaging content across various channels.Collaborate with multiple teams to create compelling content for key marketing and eventsProduce high-quality content, including blog posts, scripts, social media posts, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.Establish and manage the distribution of content through email newsletters, social media, and other channelsIntegrate SEO best practices into content creation, including keyword research and leveraging SEO tools to optimize reach and engagement.Shape the future of content with data-driven decisions and an eye for ROIYou might thrive in this role if you have:

3+ years experience in content marketing or a writing-intensive role navigating highly ambiguous environments, ideally as a founding content marketer at a hyper-growth product company or research orgExperience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industryStrong storytelling skills with the ability to uncover powerful brand narratives from diverse sourcesDemonstrated writing and editing skills across various channelsSelf-motivated and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyCreative and thoughtful approach to content marketing, leveraging analytics to inform creative decisionsExperience and/or passion for servicing the home improvement and home services industryExcellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with internal partners and customers
