Position Summary:

FRSecure is currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized Marketing Coordinator to be an integral part of the Marketing team. This role demands a proactive individual capable of handling many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and not letting anything drop. The successful candidate will support a range of marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to event management, contributing to the growth and engagement of our brand within the dynamic Security environment

Working Location:

This position is available on a remote basis in the United States, or available to be worked from our headquarter office in Edina, MN.

What Your Day Looks Like:Supporting initiatives by participating in the development and execution of marketing efforts across organic and paid platformsCreating and posting social media marketing campaigns across organic channelsOrganizing and providing logistical support for both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, trade shows, and FRSecure-organized events, including handling registration, setup, and coordination with vendorsOrganizing corporate sponsorships including campaign creation to track performance and logo and design managementMaintaining an up-to-date asset library that is accessible by all business functionsLiaising between different business functions to assure requests and ideas are captured, marketing resources are shared and used, marketing is supporting the business in high-yield endeavors, and communication is alignedManaging outsourced marketing work with vendors including, but not limited to content creation and design supportEngaging with digital community across platforms, responding to comments, managing feedback, and fostering positive interactionsSupporting in making updates to web pages across company domainsSupporting in the creation of visual, written, and audio content across various channels including, but not limited to the company website, blogs, and social mediaAiding in the production of company podcasts and other related audio content as well as upload videos to online platformsRequirements

What You Bring to This Position:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferredExperience in the Adobe Suites and other design softwareExperience creating written blog and newsletter contentCollaborative with a team player mentalityOrganization and project management skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environmentInterest in the market, cybersecurity industry, and customersEager to jump into projects and help out where neededGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to synthesize and succinctly summarize content, written, and verbal communicationStrong attention to detailDisplay a commitment to high standards of quality, aiming for measurable success in all initiatives

Salary:

FRSecure believes in and operates with equitable hiring practices. The starting pay range for this position is between $23.55-28.94/hour (approximately $49,000-60,200/annually) not including any bonus, incentive commission, or benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the defined salary range for the position across the United States. Within the range, pay offered is determined by a variety of factors that include but are not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
