Patton Creative Group is looking to add a Marketing + Events Manager to our team! At PCG, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing events, project managing, and partnering with clients of various industries to strategize and make their marketing initiatives come to life.
Requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectivesLead the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate eventsWork closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences and budget, and provide expert guidance and recommendationsDevelop comprehensive event plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure that all events are delivered on time and within budgetManage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodationsProvide on-site management and supervision during events to ensure smooth execution, both locally and remoteEvaluate the success of each event based on KPIs and client feedbackCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and production, to create compelling event experiences that align with client goals and brand identityTriage client account management tasks as neededKnowledge / Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or related field preferred but not required5 + years of experience in event management, with a focus on corporate events and client account managementProficiency in Google Office software and experience with web content management systemsCore Competencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideasDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAdept at working independently and in a collaborative team environmentFlexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry

Additional InformationThis position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met. Employee benefits available.
