Responsible for the creation, scheduling and execution of all social content on Levin, John V. Schultz and Ashley Furniture social media platforms, including paid advertising. Promote brand awareness, engage with customers, coordinate with our stores, drive traffic to the website, and turn traffic into conversions.

Paid Social Media: Strategize, design, copywrite, execute, and manage all paid social media campaigns, including Facebook and Pinterest with a goal of driving traffic and conversions on the website.Organic Social Media: Conceptualize and create content, edit images and videos, schedule content, build relationships on-platform, and gain the trust of potential customers for each brand.Reporting and Optimizing: Pull and analyze data regularly to optimize campaigns and provide the Media Director insights into the performance of campaigns and social platforms.Data Uploads and Tracking: Working with third party and in-house data teams to develop customer lists, event data, and product feeds in order to efficiently use social media platform tools.Collaborate: Work with the Marketing, Merchandising, Website, HR, and Graphic Design teams and store managers to collaborate on stories and images, build strong relationships, and foster growth on social media platformsManage all paid social budgetsResponsible for communications and representing the brand image via social channels through comments, direct messages, and customer engagementMaintain a fun, upbeat and professional image at all timesReport on social media analytics utilizing in-platform tools, GA4, and Looker StudioOptimize audience targeting through research, observance, and reporting insights for maximum effectivenessConduct trend research on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to stay up-to-date and produce relevant contentCoordinate with graphic design team to create social assets that align with company branding.Source, connect with, and coordinate content with influencers and Levin PartnersObtain User Generated Content from social media channels, connect with users, and utilize UGC on our channelsOther duties as assigned.Education and Experience:

BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous social media, journalism and communications experience preferred.Must have experience using Meta Ads ManagesSkills and Abilities:

Ability to apply effective communication skills, reading, verbal and written, to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Expertise in the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTokExperience using Canva or Adobe Suite preferredDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for PinterestAbility to use GA4 and Looker StudioAbility to apply analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to apply effective and accurate data entry.Ability to work independently, and in a team environment.Ability to apply effective communication skills, reading, verbal and written, to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Ability to Manage time, multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Physical Demands:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period.Ability to move up to 15 lbs.
