Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns within our US Marketing organization, that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition and conversion across various channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for crafting compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1.

Integrated Marketing Strategy:

Lead comprehensive execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing channel owners, sales, product, and creative to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Integrated Marketing Calendar:

Build and maintain a fully integrated marketing calendar that supports brand and business goals, ensuring visibility across all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the calendar drives all planning activities. Work closely with in-house Creative team and marketing counterparts to ensure calendar and subsequent plans are created collaboratively and deployed on schedule.

Campaign Development and Execution : Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising. Utilize a mix of tactics to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

4.

Content Creation and Management:

Partner closely with in-house Creative team and agency partners on the creation and optimization of marketing content across various channels and platforms. Ensure the development of compelling messaging, copy, and visuals that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and resonate with target audiences.

5.

Measurement and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of integrated marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Generate regular reports and dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness, identify insights, and inform future strategies.

Product Sample Tracking & Coordination:

Lead the planning, coordination and execution of product samples across multiple marketing channels, including social, influencers, product reviewers, PR and events. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all needs are captured, ordered and fulfilled.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field;• Proven track record of success in integrated marketing, with at least [3] years of experience in a similar role.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics.• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling and brand building.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market trends.• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to establish and nurture key business relationships
