Great organization is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team fulltime. The ideal individual for this role will have strong social, email and automation experience as well as be able to analyze and report on results as well as make recommendations on areas for improvement. MUST be self-driven, curious and comfortable presenting up.
Responsibilities include:
• Implementing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on generating leads, enhancing brand awareness, and analyzing marketing data• Managing social media and create content• Performing social listening across accounts• Preparing metrics reports for campaigns, including data collection, interpreting data to draw actionable insights, and recommendations• Monitoring digital trends and best practices for content and design for email, social media, and lead generation• Managing an a/b testing plan• Managing vendor relationships• Creating surveys and forms via Jotform or HubSpot as needed, reporting results and insights to stakeholders in a timely fashion without prompting
Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in digital and marketing automation.• 2+ years of experience using HubSpot. Certification a strong plus. •• Expected to work onsite each week and as needed for team collaboration• Excellent grasp of digital, social media, inbound marketing, and implementation across multiple brands.• Proficient in HubSpot and Canva
