Position Overview
Come join the Autodesk Tandem product team to transform how buildings are designed, built, and operated! Your role will involve conceptual UX, prototyping, visual design, and user research. You will report to the Director of Tandem Insight in this remote position.

Responsibilities
Define, design, and build great experiences for exploring and understanding building data within the spatial context of 3D models, from initial concept through successful implementation
Participate in customer engagements to validate assumptions and concepts, gather input on proposed workflows, and refine the product design
Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to create visual and interaction designs that deliver customer value, while navigating technical constraints and balancing quality vs. speed of delivery
Produce design artifacts to drive alignment across teams, including product development, customer programs, sales, and marketing
Gather and utilize customer usage, adoption metrics, and other analytics data to inform design decisions
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience working with cross-functional agile teams
Excellent interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills. You prefer visualizing solutions with wireframes, visual designs, journey maps, and prototypes
Strong presentation and communication skills. You can tailor your communication style and content to present your work to a variety of audiences, from customers, to teammates, and executives
