Senior Director of Corporate Marketing (Retail)

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for setting and achieving main metrics for Choctaw Commerce Marketing Retail/Non Gaming, brand promotional programs, interactive marketing, direct marketing, CRM, advertising, and consolidation of overall Retail marketing plan & budget for the brand. You will report to the Executive Director of Commerce Marketing.
Primary Tasks as it relates to Commerce Marketing Retail/Non-Gaming:
You will develop and follow department budget rollup including expenditures, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections based on Pro-forma/ post-forma analysis by planning with revenue-producing departments to maintain or exceed budget goals
Guide the development, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns with Retail strategies, technologies, and planning.
You will manage the Creative Services, social media, PR, and External Agency daily relationships for work developed to support their specific tactics developed to reach desired Measurements.
Communicate applicable items derived from ongoing reports supplied by Reporting & Analytics. Use available data for ongoing marketing optimization.
You will manage timelines and facilitate regular team meetings, host property site visits and strategic marketing planning sessions for all regions and marketing brand products.
Leads development of cross-property strategy, promotion, and revenue enhancement programs.
You will ensure we are represented within CNO guidelines and visual standards.
Develop other members of the marketing team both internally and at the gaming property level in current best practices. Develop and use relationships both with our teams, clients, and outside vendor partners.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field or 10 years directly related experience
Support important goals
Understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including the use of marketing automation and CRM, and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team management capabilities
Budgetary restraints experience and understanding of marketing and financial impact
Ten (10) years’ experience in gaming operations, promotion marketing, or gaming technology
