Digital Marketing Specialist . This is an onsite, in office position, working at 16909 Lakeside Hills Court, Suite 407 Omaha NE 68130. Hours of work will be 32-40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the successful applicant. We are not looking for an independent contractor who works from home. The goal of the job is to increase revenue for two brands: Omaha Med Spa and The Omaha Weight Loss Diet - The OWL Diet. These two brands function under one roof, at the above address under the parent company Omaha Med Spa.Rate of Pay: $28 per hourWhat our business is all about:We have been in business since 2006. We are a professional business and are proud of our brands and reputation in the community. We treat employees as family, as we are a small family run company. With less than 10 employees it is important that we work in a supportive, co-operative fashion with each other. The front desk is covered by two full-time receptionists that we call Support Specialists. We have a full-time office manager who is hands on. We have two mid-level providers, who work full-time. Dr Abbott works remotely, and also visits the med spa once per month, or more often as needed.Qualifications:Degree in MarketingExperience: Min of 3 years in Digital MarketingAble to fulfill all aspects of the Job Description, listed belowJob Description:All of the following duties apply to both business listings - Omaha Med Spa and The OWL DietSocial Media - Both brands have separate Facebook and Instagram accounts, making you responsible for four accounts. You must be able to manage business listings, description of services, generate frequent posts and videos, schedule campaigns, evaluate success of campaigns and boost campaigns through advertising within monthly budget guidelines. While on the clock you will respond to messaging from customers from all accounts.Google Business Listings - Both brands have separate business listings. Similar to social media accounts, you will manage business listings, description of services, add photos and content, and update hours of operation including closures on and around holidays. Customers also reach out to us through business listings and you will be available to respond to these enquiries.Manage content on both websites. This is easily done through the Wordpress platforms and does not require skills in coding. We will train you on this aspect of the job, as needed, and this skill is quickly learned. All webpages will need regular monitoring for accuracy and content. Monthly Specials, time limited sales and promotions will be posted and taken down as needed. Images will be updated from time to time from content you obtain and from brand boxes representing our services and treatments.Review management, obtaining followers and "likes" - you will assist in obtaining Google business reviews, Instagram followers and Facebooks likes and reviews. This will involve direct patient contact in person, by text, telephone and email.Pre and post Photography - we are investing in a new medical imaging system that will generate improved before and after images related to a variety of med spa treatments and weight loss. You will be asked to obtain these images during busy times at the med spa, assisting our Support Specialists as needed. This will involve direct patient contact and comfort helping patients/customers feel comfortable posing for photos. Before and after photography provides a great source of image for posting, with patient permission, which you will also be involved with.Dress Code:

Employees typically wear scrubs, purchased by themselves, and name tags that we provide. Street clothes may be worn if they are clean and pressed. Denim is not allowed. We encourage grooming of hair and nails.Benefits:Are described in detail in our Human Resources policy, available on request.After 3 months FTE: Medical and Dental insurance, subject to employee contributions.After 6 months FTE: 8 hours of pay on specified National HolidaysAfter 12 months FTE: Vacation pay is added once per month to your paycheck.We do not offer 401K or retirement savings plans at this time.Vacations: we encourage our employees to take time off. In this role, posts would need to be generated and scheduled during your time off. Time off is without pay, but as stated above Vacation Pay is added once per month after 12 months of FTE.
