We are committed to providing top-notch legal services and making a positive impact on the lives of those who have served our country.Position : Marketing ManagerLocation : Lincoln, NECompensation : $75,000 - $90,000+ per yearAbout the Role: As a Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our client's dynamic team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and reach. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, understands the nuances of the legal industry, and is dedicated to supporting the mission. We especially welcome military veterans to apply for this position!Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blog posts, and newsletters.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that educates and resonates with our target audience.Manage and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and stay informed about industry trends.Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications.Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and seminars to promote the firm's services.Coordinate logistics and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for marketing improvement.Stay informed about changes in the legal landscape related to veterans' disability benefits.Work closely with the marketing team, legal professionals, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in social media management and content creation.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Military Veterans highly preferred!MilSpec Talent
