Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager for our client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is integral to the Digital Media team, focusing on the strategic development and optimization of paid search campaigns to achieve client goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute SEM strategies on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to meet various objectives, including online sales, foot traffic, and lead generation.Optimize and scale search campaigns to exceed client expectations and performance benchmarks.Initiate and lead testing and growth projects, such as campaign expansions, ad copy and landing page tests, and audience targeting experiments.Collaborate with Media and Account Management teams to understand and meet campaign goals with targeted strategies.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, implementing improvements proactively.Create comprehensive media plans and apply insights to ensure top-notch campaign executions.Foster strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.Present campaign results, insights, and future strategies to clients.Basic Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of experience managing SEM campaigns.Proven track record in media strategy and execution, preferably within a media agency environment.Analytical mindset comfortable with data and reporting.Availability to address campaign needs outside standard business hours.Flexibility to support various projects within the Media Strategy & Analytics team.Ability to adapt to industry changes and continuously improve skills.This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
