Opportunity at a GlanceThe Senior Manager, Strategy & Reputation Management is responsible for executing and protecting the vision and strategy of Adtalem Global Education's corporate brand identity. As we embark on an enterprise-wide growth transformation, this individual has the unique opportunity to support the refresh of our corporate brand voice and narrative through campaigns and initiatives that grow our share of voice and reputation externally while building engagement and alignment internally.The Senior Manager will oversee a team charged with thinking outside the box to bring our corporate brand narrative to life through the development of engaging and powerful activations, including content campaigns, reputation building opportunities, conferences, storytelling and more. Reporting to the director, corporate communications & strategic initiatives, this individual will be a key member of the Global Communications Team and will collaborate with creative, media relations and social media leads across Adtalem and our five institutions.The ideal candidate has a strong strategic focus, leadership skills, writing skills and excellent organizational and relationship building skills. A strong background in corporate messaging development, reputation management and brand activations, as well as a passion for experimenting and continuously optimizing content efforts is preferred.

ResponsibilitiesLead, cultivate and collaborate with various leaders and departments to create relevant, engaging and powerful content campaigns that elevate the brand through the company's corporate channels and via engagement opportunities.Provide strategic communications counsel and execution surrounding our enterprise growth strategy and other strategic narratives.Develop and optimize compelling messaging that brings our narrative to life and is consistent and compelling.Create and package content that enables key influencers to cascade information throughout the enterprise (e.g., toolkits, message guides, message architecture, etc.)Identify opportunities to elevate our brand reputation among industry leaders (e.g., conferences, awards and recognitions).Support the execution of the brand activation, track KPIs to report on progress and outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve our positioning and voice.Oversee and refine an enterprise-wide brand reputation management strategy.Strategize, recommend and implement new tactics and channels to develop and strengthen brand awareness.Drive adoption of brand, message and digital communications standards, supporting best practices and key metrics.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualifications

Strategic, results-driven leader with experience formulating brand activation strategies.Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field8-10 years of experience in related positions, including 2-3 years people management experience, including developing and mentoring a teamNatural storyteller with excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills; able to easily distill messages into believable, actionable content.Ability to nurture and retain leadership and employee relationships.A successful track record of developing, executing, and reporting on strategic PR plans, influencer collaborations/partnerships, and brand activation campaigns.Ability to use various tools to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns beyond the initial interaction.Knowledge and prior experience driving successful B2C campaigns with measurable results.Strong writing, presenting, and communication skills are a must.Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detailAbility to think strategically and make innovative recommendations that achieve goals.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationStrong management, coaching and leadership skills.Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong collaboration skills; must be able to collaborate with a variety of colleagues across the organization.Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
