DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to oversee all marketing initiatives for our esteemed law firm. This role is critical in driving the firm's marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering client relationships. The Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will manage three direct reports: the Social Media Director, the Digital Marketing Strategist, and the Referral Networking Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and brand.Collaborate with the CMO to align marketing goals with the firm's objectives.Digital Marketing:Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.Ensure effective SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.Social Media Marketing:

Supervise the Social Media Manager in managing the firm's social media presence.Develop strategies to increase engagement and grow the firm's social media following.Oversee content creation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.Referral Networking:Guide the Referral Networking Associate in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources.Develop strategies to increase referrals and track the effectiveness of referral programs.Community Outreach:Plan and execute community outreach initiatives to enhance the firm's local presence.Identify and foster partnerships with community organizations and events.Event Planning:

Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of firm-hosted events, webinars, and seminars.Ensure events align with the firm's marketing goals and enhance client engagement.Budgeting:Develop and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the CMO.Monitor spending and ensure marketing activities are within budget.Tracking KPIs:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance to the CMO.Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event planning.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).Compensation and Benefits
