Job location -Rosemont, IL- Hybrid position with some telecommuting flexibility, but requirement to physically be in Rosemont, IL office occasionally/as needed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research, interviews, and surveys, and then translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and functional prototypes.Setup the system and processes that will be used to design the product including but not limited to prototypes with interaction notes, behavioral expectations, customer journey creation,and other behaviors.Collaborate with IT and Marketing stakeholders.Partner with business and marketing teams to understand the desired product outcomes.Inform the process and roadmap.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Centered Design, or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience.
The position also requires:
3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD).3 years of experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Content Strategy.3 years of experience with Design Patterns, Human-Centered Design, User Experience Design Processes, User Design Tools.2 years of experience with Stakeholder Management (cross-functional teams).2 years of experience with problem-solving within the UX scope, business acumen to translate business problems/opportunities into customer journeys.
