About the Role:
As a Marketing Assistant at Pattern Promotions, you'll support our marketing efforts by assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and helping to create promotional materials. You'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and social media content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
