DAY IN THE LIFEAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for being a valuable member of the Marketing team as we promote our company. You will own and oversee the specific functions on of the marketing team and support the sales team through specific duties.

Assisting the Marketing Team with planning event functions.Responsible for managing the Sales Director calendar. You will download all events and keep them organized for an easy view of event specifics including the number of events, sales team attendance, events that need marketing support, event direct costs as trackable, etc.Responsible for registering the sales team for attendance at conferences and trade shows. Complete online registration for the sales team, book exhibit space as necessary, book hotel rooms for the sales team connected to the conference, etc.Basic experience with graphics to help develop invitations, contact sheets, and other designs.Other duties as assigned.MUST HAVECOMMUNICATION:

Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience with Google platform, including Google Drive.1-3 years of marketing experienceExperience with creating promotional mediaJOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Attention to detail, administrative skills, and good communication skills. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
